FlowItem Bin shortcut with full name in the toolbar

Hi,

In trainings, I have noticed that most beginners don't pay attention / don't remember that there is a shortcut in the toolbar to open the FlowItem Bin:

Maybe also because users don't really picture at first sight what this strange icon means.

I think that the FlowItem Bin would deserve to have its name shown in the toolbar, just like other tools such as Backgrounds / Dashboards / Process Flow.

The FlowItem Bin is at least as frequently used as Backgrounds. Maybe more.

An idea would be to not only show the icon in the toolbar, but also the full name of this tool:

This idea is on the dev list. Seeing all the votes, I increased its priority.

Thanks @Jordan Johnson, I see that this idea has been completed in 23.2.
