My idea is to have a mobile application in which you can read(basic requirement) and write posts in answers.flexsim site.

This site should work fairly well on mobile already. Not as an app, but just in your mobile browser.

I've used this site several times on mobile and it's worked pretty well. Well enough that I don't think you'd gain much having a dedicated app.
