On Warmup End

It could be useful to add the "On Warmup End" Model Trigger (in addition to "On Model Open", "On Reset", "On Run Start", "On Run Stop").

So, for example, to simply reset personalized labels and tables.

The Custom Code could have any logic you want in it.
