low fps

hi everyone i want to ask something about 3d model. when i start to my project

my fps doesnt go above 10 my pc spec: Nvdia rtx 2060 intel i7-10750H

what should i do or is it normal ? thanks for answers

We can't tell you whether it is normal without more information about your project. If you upload a model that is rendering slowly and a screenshot of the Help > About FlexSim screen, we might be able to tell you why it is rendering so slowly.

You haven't supplied enough information to explain why your fps is so low.

I fixed the problem. Thanks for answer. It was about my computer's updates.
