I want to create an application. When the storage on the first floor is full, I can use the elevator to move the car and goods to the second floor to store it.

From looking at your model, you would benefit from following the AGV tutorial. The tutorial goes over how to use the elevators and can help you apply that to your model.

There is something in your process flow for the AGV itself that does not have it travel past the redirect CP and the Floor CP.
Notice how in this model when the AGV travel over those CP's it triggers the use of the elevators.
