Object handles are not fully visible in RTX mode for custom objects
RTX Mode is not designed to be used while building models. It is designed to be used as a presentation mode for rendering the 3D shapes with more realistic lighting for videos or screenshots.
The way the orb draws its manipulation handles on top of the rendered objects by manipulating the OpenGL depth buffer is not compatible with the ray tracing method used by RTX Mode.
That the manipulation handles are drawn at all is simply a by-product of the fact that they are rendered as 3D meshes in the scene. RTX Mode is not specifically designed for you to be able to manipulate the objects via the working gizmos, so whether they are visible or not for a given object is not concerning.
