Stat Collector not working on remote server instance

Hello ,

I have been struggling with stats collector for a while.

I am working on a flexsim instance on a distant server that is not connected to internet. After a few tests i have determined that any model on this flexsim instance cannot fetch any data. (tables of stats collector are always empty) I managed to make them work on my PC but never on the server although these were simple collector like fetching time every 2 secs

I would really appreciate any help on this matter , your software is awesome

Greetings

Quentin

How are you fetching data from the remote server? Are you using the FlexSim webserver?
