Patients become Invisible

I am working on a model that contains multiple groups of patients being seen by multiple groups of MAs and RNs. For some reason my orange patient group turns invisible when they interact with location objects such as scales and exam tables. They re-appear again once they walk away from these objects and are in transit between locations.

I should mention, I am extremely novice in this software. I am assisting a colleague in editing the properties of this model and do not have much experience with the software.

Software Version:

FlexSim 21.2.1

@Matthew Gillespie here it is, thanks! I noticed another group of patients with the same issue, so if the solution can be duplicated that would be great.

All these objects have been set to not show contents. To turn it back on right click on the object and select Edit > Show Content. You can even select multiple objects in red and do this once for all of them:
