Can not open my FlexSim

When I open my FlexSim 21.2.3 , the interface became like below.

After I uninstalled 21.2.3 ,and installed 21.2.3 or 21.2.4, I still had the same abnormal interface.

What's wrong with my FlexSim, need help please

Your error message indicates an issue at "read user prefs". In the link provided by Joerg, please try 5. Delete FlexSim's saved settings.

If that suggestion does not solve your issue, the other suggestions should be tried as well.
