Assigning label to patient from source properties

Label assignt_011122.fsmI don't understand how to assign a specific label to a patient from the source properties. Later I want to get those labels in order to assign a specific flow depending on the label of the patient.

Hello @Marzia C,

In your source table you have renamed the name column to COVID like it was a label column like EXI and PCI. It is not. Note in the picture below that the number of labels is 2 not 3. You will need to add another label column and label it as COVID.

You will not need your other two assign labels activities to assign those labels to the token or patient.

The issue here is that you renamed the header of the Name column to COVID in the Source activity instead of adding a new label column and giving that column the name COVID. So a COVID label was never being created on the token.

Also, the Create Patient activity will automatically copy all labels on the token onto the patient since the Copy Token Labels checkbox is checked by default. So you don't need to do this manually.

See the attached updated model.
