If someone activates default workspace, color scheme keeps unchanged. Only the scheme name is changed back to "Blueprint". If it is a part of this feature, then the name shouldn't change.

I think that combo box is just a color scheme picker to copy settings to the current workspace, not an indicator of how you have it configured currently.
This looks like a bug to me. I'll add it to the dev list. My guess is that the combobox isn't refreshing properly after the default workspace has been restored.
Then maybe change the name to "Custom" if you've altered one of the color scheme values
