customers not immediately appearing at Service Desk

When I run this model I"m not getting customers to appear immediately at the service desk?

I've followed all the instructions carefully. what could I have possibly missed, please help! Thank you.

Are customers appearing in the waiting line?

If so, it appears you need to create a connection between the waiting line and the service desk.

To do so, hold down the "A" key on the keyboard, click the waiting line queue, and then click the service desk processor.

After trying so, do you see customers going through the service desk?

but, John-Michael, there is NO connection bet the waiting line and the service desk in the FlexSim manual that illustrates this model;

Anyhow, with or without connection I'm not getting the above - The yellow customers are simply not showing up!

so sorry I accidentally removed your answer, John-Michael. Well just to follow up on that, there actually should be no connection bet the waiting line and the service desk. Please see the pic below for the model that's in the FlexSim manual. I'm just not getting these yellow customers!

Hi @Kj311,

Did you double check that you correctly completed all of the previous steps in the tutorial? If not, that might be causing the issues you're experiencing.

However, it is difficult for us to know how to address the problem without looking at your model. Would you mind posting your model for us to take a look at it? That will enable us to help you solve your problem more effectively.

Same problem! I followed the tutorial but the customer didn't appear at Service desk! Here is my model.

The WaitingLine Queue is not configured to push the customer onto the list. See Step 5.7 in the tutorial.
