It is difficult to help without seeing your model. If you can't share the model publicly you can make the question private so only FlexSim staff can see it.
In general, to have an operator move multiple boxes, all you have to do is increase its capacity. It will load as many items as it has capacity for if any are available.
If you want the operator to wait until there are at least 5 items available you could use the "Batch" functionality of the queues.
