docs: reftable vs. Table constructor

There are still examples in docs.flexsim.com where a table reference is set by reftable, which is in state deprecated. Would you mind to update document examples in FlexScript Class Reference API to an valid variant with Table constructor. Thanks!

Additionally maybe show examples for other uses - like a label on an object, and a cell in a table.
