Admin profile

I have 2 admin profiles for our license manager and had documented both usernames and passwords. I cannot get admin console to accept either one. We had migrated this server from on prem to Microsoft Azure, but kept same server name and domain. Only thing that changed was IP address

Hi @mike D3, what are you trying to log into? Is it lmadmin through a web browser? You can try the default login credentials, which is admin for both the username and password. Otherwise, you might need to remove the lmadmin software from the server, then reinstall and set it up again.

Or, you can set up lmtools to handle serving up the licenses instead. You will need to follow the steps starting at step 5 on page 11 in the instructions:

You may need to perform the first four steps if you haven't already moved the license(s) to the new server yet.

Otherwise, we may need some more information before we can help you with the issue. If you can include any screenshots of the issue, that can help us as well.
