I have used custom arrival table but since then the patients stopped entering the clinic.

When I ran your model patients arrived according to your custom arrivals schedule. I did have to use the step button to reach the point when the first arrivals came. After a while it seems like your waiting rooms by the receptionist fills up and that is blocking new arrivals from entering the clinic.
