Jason .. the file is to big and I couldn’t upload whole file … this file has just pillars and “walls”….

Somehow your tree's wall definitions have been corrupted - I was able to salvage some of them. I'm wondering how this has happened and also how you build this. If it was by hand and cannot rebuild those remaining missing walls, then you should look for a previous save that was working. If it was autobuilt then run that again, but look out for the same effect.
If is not easy… I’ll simulate those walls with panes
I think that my mistake is that some walls (nor pillar) belonged to a group and I delete the whole group
