Using Kanban system in process flow

Hello,

I do have an application that the produced parts are nested in Kanban system and when station produced the full batch size they can not continue till the following department consumed them. The capacity of the kanban is dictating the schedule of the operators so that when Kanban is full, technicians will flex to other stations when there is a demand.

Best,

Pouya

Push the card with part information to a list when the last part is consumed. Have the machine/cell pull cards from the list in order to start manufactured of the batch. Track the part creation and progress in process flow

I think you can use the FlexSim list to push tokens, then you can prioritize these tokens based on your strategy.
