How to set changeover time for each Type of item

Hi,

My model have 3 type of item, I set changeover before next item enter for Processor1. However, my model just changeover after Type1 and one item of Type2 completed and then just after 1 item, my model also changeover. How can I fix this error.

CHANGEOVER: the period from when the last product rolls off the line in current Type production run to when the start of the different Type run begins.

Because i can't upload my file direct in this post, I upload for my drive and please download this file for see my model!

There is a default option in the setup time for this.

This raises more questions. Do the other processors need to be interrupted in the middle of processing or should they have finished the current piece of work? Are they all doing the same changeover, or is it just that none should be operating when each has a changeover (say for safetly reasons)?

In this case, they are doing the same changeover. When the last item of the current type is completed in M3 all processors stop to changeover (the changeover time between machines is the same) after completed changeover all of the processors (form M1 to M3) of the next type of item are allowed join M1.
