 Find item activity failed to find the item in the floor storage

Hi Support,


Around 690000 sec the token is getting stuck at error(delay activity) because it is not able to find the item to pick, though there are items available to pick by the crane.

Find item only searches items that are in the Stored state. All the items in Type1 slots are in the Outbound state, not stored, which means they've probably been marked as outbound by a previous findItem activity.

How are you finding the state of item, i.e whether it is in Stored state or Outbound State.

Can you please explain it.
