The "Man" and "Woman" object you are using to represent the two components are not classified as "Container Objects" and as such don't have a packing logic attached to them.
You can either switch to using such an object and define the packing logic.
Or, in this case probably quicker, you adjust the position of the second item in the "OnEntry" trigger of the first. You might have to play around witht the locations a bit until it looks like you want.
