How to keep the distance between different colored items on the conveyor?

Hi,

I built a model of a conveyor belt, and the table will change the color of the items corresponding to the different labels "Col". I would like to know how to keep a distance of 10 items between different colors. I have attached a model of what I have.

It looks like you have several conveyor speeds in your system. Then it is physical impossible to keep a gap distance by a constant value. In cases when there is an acceleration you would need to get more items out of nowhere. Or the opposite you must eliminate items on your conveyor.

For deceleration you could stop or slow down your queued items, but the effect would be something you can watch on traffic highways called stop and go looking like a wave of items density by length.
