Following the FlexSim HC Tutorial 1.3 step 3 - ran into an issue

workflow.pngerror.pngI was following the HC tutorial and made it to section 1.3 step 3. In this section, my simulation keeps getting hung up on the “Decide”/Treatment Type? step. When I delete this decide step it gets hung up on the previous step “release MD”. Either way I can’t get it to advance to the EKG step.
1. Do you know what might be going wrong? The simulation ran fine up until this point in the tutorial.Tutorial_debug.fsm

You're seeing this error because the activities inside the EKG activity aren't contained properly by the container. You need to drag the bottom edge down so that all the activity blocks are contained in the green rectangle:
