Random patients doesn't do the 3 minute process

Emergencyroomsim1_autosave.fsm

We are trying to get statistics for the waiting time at the kiosk. But we noticed that random patients don't do the check-in process for 3 minutes, why is that? This problem gives us the wrong statistics. Can someone help us?

Try it with a number of 180 or with function minutes(3)

exponential(0,minutes(3), getstream(activity))

this is a statistical distribution: In picture 3 minutes displayed in seconds

@alice, please ask this as a new question in a new thread, because there are some specialist around here, who are more experienced in people module statistic than I am.
