Our company designs and installs warehouse systems. We recently purchased FlexSim to expand our offerings in our warehouse design department. After going through the training and building a few models, it's clear that I will need a mentor working through the first couple distribution centers that we are going to model. To be clear, I'm not looking for someone to do the models, but rather someone who can work with us as we work through the models. I see this as a 2 to 4 hour a week project for three to four weeks. Maybe continue to work on more complex projects as they come into the company. I talk to FlexSim about this, and it sounded like that's quite how they have their support set up.
