How to use the experimenter to know the best mix of products

Hey guys,

I would like to know what is the best mix of products so that my exit has a better performance. And I saw that we have the experimenter who manages to be doing this activity. I have two line entries one with 56 seconds and another with 68 seconds.

The two products start to go through the same conveyor belt in the red circle, where

define what the product mix will be. How can I use the experimenter to test the best mix ?

This would be a fairly good tool if FlexSim does this by default. It does not support this. It is up to you to test multiple scenarios of different input orders to get to better results. You can do such operations a bit more comfortable by an OptQuest license, but you are still responsible to define in which manner the variation of order succeeds.

You can bind an AI to analyze a model and let learn an AI to anticipate which order leads to a better performance, but then you must identify or create a reward mechanism, which selects results being better than others.

Hi @kauan pedroso,

You can reach out to your local distributor regarding OptQuest licenses. https://www.flexsim.com/contact/#south-central-america

And if you are interested in looking into AI training in FlexSim there is a training available on FlexSim's documentation website.
