I have three lines with three cranes all operated by one operator. Each line requires the crane to pick from one processor to another. What is the best way to do so? I cannot seem to get the connections right.

You mean something like that:
This is a proof of concept. It is depending on items being able to be transported. You would control the output of sending objects to prioritize the operators work. Coordinated Task Sequence Example 2 is made to transport an item by two operators, but as you see, you can get it work with two different taskexecuter class objects.
You can build a logic doing the same in process flow by synchronize activities.
