Unable to install flexism 23.0.5 on my PC

I cannot complete the setup too.

FlexSim 23.0.5

Hey @Monalisa, do you have a previous version of 23.0 installed? If so, then try uninstalling that version first (using your Add and Remove Programs menu on Windows) and then running the 23.0.5 installer. Also, which installer are you using?

Please no, this is my first time using flexsim.

Please, I don't know the type of installer but I am still at the setup stage. The setup continues to fail every time I click on install and accept.

@Monalisa , I link an article about installation and startup errors. Please check if you are able to download installation files with an extension of .exe and .msi.

There can be other circumstances, that prevent a complete installation like an antivirus program or a mechanism to prevent any installation at all by administrators of your system. Probably you can give it a try to install FlexSim after a reboot if all system updates have passed. Then you do this by running the installation program as an administrator. Even if you are logged in in an administrator account, you can run a program with additional privileges by forcing an execution as an administrator.
