You could set up a MTBF/MTTR in the toolbox where the mean time between failures is 19 times as long as the mean time to repair, so the object spends 5% of the time in the breakdown state.
However, be aware that the type of distribution and mean values you choose for the time values can have a significant impact on the model throughput, depending on buffer sizes, lead times, etc.
