Phase 1 tst.fsmI want to use one operator to man last two machines, but my model gets stuck at 2261s. Why is that?
Ripstip Machine 2 is set to require two operators, so it can never work.
Some time later the model runs into issues because the Use Operator option interacts weirdly with a maximum content of more than one. You could try using queues that pre-batch the items in combination with closing the input until the current batch has completely exited so that the Clamshell processors never receive partial batches.
