AGV Zone Relay - how to?

I was trying to set up an AGV 4 zone relay. I used 3 dispatcher with queues linking each zone. I cant get the AGVs to handoff and stop at the 2nd queue prior to the next zone and the simulation stops. 1 per zone and assigned 3 AGVs per zone. Zone was is the source...I have a combiner to a queue(1) and connected to another queue(2) that was has a center point connection to dispatcher 2 and the next queue (3). I placed a processor to delay 30 seconds and that is connected (A) to a queue (4) then to another queue, then separator, queue and 2 more queues and finally to the last zone. What am I doing wrong, can you please help? Thank you.

You need more to your task sequence than what your queues are sending to your dispatchers. I created an object process flow that works for each zone plane. A token is created at the source for each attached plane. Each plane has a label with the pickup Queue and the task executors. A token is created for each AGV. The AGVs try to travel to the pickup queue. Once they are there they pull the ready item from a list and load it (the items are pushed to the list from the queues). Then they travel to the unload queue and unload. They repeat the tasks.

I wasn't sure what the purpose of some things in your model. Specifically The Basic FR that was connected after Queue2. You specifically mentioned that Queue 3 was supposed to be next so I adjusted your connections to match what you mentioned in your post.
