Print/Return a value for debugging in Flex Script

How do i see the value saved in a variable/map etc and return or print it for debugging purposes? For example, i want to return the value from the global table as shown below.

Under the Debug menu at the top of the screen, select "Output Console". Then you can use print() to print your values to the console in your resettrigger. This will be fired every time you hit reset.
