How do I take corrective action?

Hi @sawanya khomsan! That's usually due to a missing or incorrect name in the process flow for your unload task sequence. It's really tricky to say definitively what went wrong without seeing your model. If it's proprietary you can toggle this question to private so only the FlexSim support team can see it.

The issue seems to be there is no station selected to unload to:

I think on that one you left the load station as Item Container right? The issue might be that you need to choose an actual station to load from...

The problem is that you created all the tasks sequences to transfer the items on the CB transporter, but some of them are taken out by Transporter2 (and destroyed) so the task sequence is invalid when the CB comes to move the item.

It's not good model hygiene to mix methods like this.
