Update data at specific time of the model

Hi!


I hope this hasn't been asked before. I am trying to model a machine that makes lots of formats, so I would like to have the possibility to change formats during the Simulation by just introducing a table with the time of the format change.


Is it possible to have the system update a variable I have called "format" at a specific time during the simulation? So that the processing times, read from another table, change.

I would like to have this as simple as possible so that if I am given a different production plan, I can just update the time of the change and execute again.

I was looking at TimeTables, but I am not sure if they are able to change lables or variables.

The simplest way would probably be to use a Schedule or DateTime Source in Process Flow. Assign the "format" label to the created tokens and then assign it to the object.
