User Library errors with autoinstalled reference objects

As of FlexSim 23 when using custom user libraries and newmodelinstall to add macros and user commands to the ModelLibraries folder, the objects in the user library that depend on these additions all give errors when opening the userlibrary. Everyting appears to work from then on, and the the errors can be ignored but they are annoying and confusing.

This was not the case in previous versions of FlexSim so perhaps something has changed with the order in which the objects are installed or registered in FlexSim.

If the attached library is opended in Flexsim 22 or earlier there is no problem, but in FlexSim 23 we get initial errors.
