Queue doesn't release object even if output is open

Hi in my model,cell sort overhaul trial 8.0.fsm at about 126 secs, queue23 gets a message from combiner 9. on message it opens its output, but the box object present in the queue does not exit. Kindly suggest why this is occuring.

Edit: Hi everyone, the model i had submitted was not repeatable as my input utilizes a distribution to assign label values. I have uploaded a new model which has a constant input label values. kindly view the updated model which i have replaced. This replicates the issue i have presented.

Hello @Prateekq4,

The item is not entering because there is not space on the conveyor based on the spacing you specified in the conveyor behavior properties.
