You should place decision points on the conveyor for the tote positions. Sent the totes to those and have a process flow that detects their arrival and has the operator perform the pick when the two totes involved in a transfer are present.
But you're a long way off from that stage - as far as I can tell you have no items in the model.
Also - just build one Aisle and one pick station to test its operation before building your whole model. Then you can just copy/past a working one. Alternatively if you must develop the whole model at once you can create a template of the picking station and have instances of that inherit the changes you make as you improve the 'master' object.
