Chart properties window

Hello everyone! Nice to meet you!

I am new flexsim user and I am living in Viet Nam

I am having a small problem

Now I am learning by myseft using user manual on Flexsim website

I am in

Tutorials

I am trying to do step 5 of creating process flow chart

I already finished 1., 2., 3., and I am in 4.. When I double-click the chart to open its Chart Properties window. The opened window is different from what was described in 5., 6., 7., ....

I cannot see the data tab and setting tab and event listening test as well

The tutorial you linked to is for version 21.0. Please make sure that you are doing the tutorial for the version you are using. 1.3 version 23.1

The integration of pinned statistics changed between these versions. In the older version, pinning the statistic would create a generic chart that is linked to an automatically created Statistics Collector. The "Event Listening" tab is part of this Statistics Collector.

In newer versions the Statistic Collector is created in the background (not directly accessible) and someof its setting are instead accessed directly through the properties of the chart.
