The pallets are joined with boxes in the rack

The pallet with product is taken to the rack, which is assigned a label that identifies the type of order it corresponds to and arranged on the rack according to that order. It does all of the above well, but I have problems preventing the product and the pallets from being spliced.

How can I avoid this problem?

I appreciate your help

Please take a look at this post which offers a technique for stacking loaded pallets correctly.

Thanks for the feedback.

I tried to make the changes that you mention in the post, but I have not been able to make them. I don't know if it is due to the license, since I am currently working with the free 2022 version.

You should be able to load the library in the express version and then use the PalletAutoSize flowitem

Thank you so much.

I have added the "PalletAutoSize" file to the library, and the boxes and pallets no longer pile up.

Your help was great.

Greetings

This occurs due to the dimensions of your product and the allocated space on the rack. To solve it click on "Edit Dimensions" of the Rack in the Slot Padding section we can limit the space within a Slot.

In this case, if we restrict the space only for one pallet, we can ensure that the product is not spliced.

Thanks for the feedback.

I made the changes you mentioned, but it keeps doing the same thing, the boxes and pallets pile up.
