The actual benefits of Flexsim for plant-wide modeling

I would like to know how to proceed with model development after the simulation is completed to establish the whole plant model?

1. Plan verification and planning

2. Real-time monitoring of the whole factory model and MES serial connection (production line, people flow, AGV logistics)

3. Let simulation become the dominant production schedule

The above three points are what I can think of, and I want to know whether these three points can be effectively implemented.

We also hope that through discussion in the forum, we can gain more practical benefits related to plant-wide modeling.

You can solve throughly your three issues using FlexSim.

And you can get the details about them through Singapore's distributer
