Error when open process flow

When I open process flow, the error appeared.

Please help to see.

@CSN, let me guess, this message occurs at your working model only. A new empty model doesn’t have this problem. And you have tried to open a default workspace. You have rebooted your system already. You have deleted prefs.t and done other techniques of advices of installation errors of FlexSim. Then you know, a screenshot of a display without a distinct level of information won’t help, too. Maybe a developer must look into your model to identify this kind of problem.

If you use a standard username of your company, but you are yourself a new user of this tool, then this community has to know this bit of information to provide links to articles to help you in a more detailed way.

I once had a similar issue that was caused by a broken/corrupted activity. You could try to delete activities from the Process Flow through the Tree to see if the error stops at some point.

If it's an object process flow, you can also try removing and re-adding the member/instance objects.

We can take a look at the model in case we can fix something (no guarantee).
