Failed reading modbus register qustion

Hi, I'm currently testing with virtual Modbus using ModSim32 software. It seems that there's an issue with error registers in FlexSim, but I don't have a clear direction on where the error might be. Could you please advise me on where I might have gone wrong? Thank you.

I currently don't have a PLC for testing, so I'm using another software, but I'm encountering the same issue.

If you can connect with something else - like Node-Red for example - and not with FlexSim, it would indicate the problem is with FlexSim - so it would be good to know if your emulator works in general before we trigger an investigation.
