I am facing an error when using a robot for machine tending operation

Hi Team,

I am a beginner in FlexSim and trying to simulate a machine tending operation (see screenshot) using a robot.

I have 5 machine/stations for which i need a robot to perform machine tending operation in the sequence of zig zag manner (see screenshot) i want to use single robot to tend all 5 machines in a sequence (note: each machine is having varying processing time as shown in the screenshot) and finally the finished product will be palletized for which i have taken a sink because i dont know how to do palletizing.

Also, i want to move the robot using 7th axis towards each machine and do the operations accordingly so how do i do that?

please refer the screenshot below

@Toufiq, your processor OP20 is trying to use a center port connection where there is none:

That's why you're getting an Array Index out of bounds exception. To fix this, add a center-port connection from the Processor to the Robot.

With regards to different axis robots, FlexSim currently only has a 6-axis robots.
