However, I'm encountering an issue where I want to store them from the RECEIVED queue, but I'm having trouble properly connecting the model. The operators are going to the initial queues to pick up the boxes instead of retrieving them from where they should.
After the items are unloaded to the conveyor, the token in the Process Flow immediately moves onto the next section that tells the operators to load the items and move them to the racks.
You can use a "Wait for Event" activity to delay the token until the item has arrived in the "RECEIVED" queue.
