Walking animation is lost

Hi everyone

I add trigger "On Start Task" and "On Finish Task" with custom code to add "usetablet" to operator to make him look like he is operating.

But his travel animation is lost. The simulation show usetable animation when he is traveling

May I suggest you build a model in a relevant strategy to gather data before you start to make a model look nice. As long as your model does not fulfill its purpose any mechanism to make it look more realistic will take from you time, you need to collect data. Animations have only one purpose, they enhance a model to look more realistic. In contrast to them there are kinematics, which are returning values of finishing a motion. This data may be relevant to resolve a duration how long a process step takes.

We tell our students that they have to plan with an additional 100% of time to let a model look nice in relation to build a model main purpose to return result data.

I think we'd need to see the model to try and find the issue. The same logic works as expected in small test model.

The task sequence from the Process Flow preempts the utilize task. Hence the task isn't finished, only interrupted, and the Finish Task trigger does not fire.

You'd have to stop the animation some other way, for example directly in the Process Flow.
