Hangs when changing to "Millimeters" in [New Model]

Hello.

When creating [New Model] in FlexSim Ver.24.0.3, if you change [Lungth Units] from "Meters" to "Millimeters", the process hangs up and creation is not possible.

Please tell me the cause and how to deal with it.

In addition, if you set the default value of [Lungth Units] to "Millimeters" in [Global Preferences] in advance, you can create it without hanging up.

I could not reproduce this but I do notice that you're missing the text displaying examples in the operator's 3D view:

As an example, it hangs when I perform the steps below.

We have confirmed that this phenomenon also occurs with other members.

1. Start FlexSim Ver.24.0.3.

2.Click [New Model].

3. Change [Length Units] from "Meters" to "Millimeters".

4.Create multiple 3D objects on the 3D model screen. (source, Queue, Processor, etc.)

5.Hangs up when performing Input/Output Connections (A-Connections) on two 3D objects with Press and hold down the A key. (keyboard shortcuts).

I still can't reproduce the issue. If you run a script to connect the objects does that work? Do you have any non-standard modules loaded? Does your PC spec. meet the minimum requirements? Are you running the latest drivers?

On the other hand, I find it strange that I can't reproduce it.

This is easy to reproduce.

I will describe my PC spec environment.

OS: Windows 10 Pro

CPU:13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13800H 2.50 GHz

RAM:32.0GB

Graphics:RTX 2000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU

The driver is also using the latest version (552.12).

Please let us know if you need any other information.

This issue is critical in Japan as there are plans to upgrade to 2024 in the future.
