Delay

Can someone please analyse the snapshot and help me if i am reading it correctly. I have a constant delay of 3secs but the average stay time is showing as 3.0.1 secs. Shouldn't it be 3 secs since its a constant? Also can you help why my tokens are colorful..especially when there is no zone or anything. as soon as it enters this delay the color changes.

Tested in dummy model and using constant gives constant average, min and max. Please help.

In the Process Flow settings you can set an automatic color for tokens based on label values. Is anything like this set in the model?

Do you have any logic in place that might stop the tokens?

Does the same staytime occur when you replace the delay with a fresh one from the library?

To debug this, try running the model until the first staytime longer than 3s occurs. Set a stop time before that and run the model slowly to try and see which tokens spends longer than 3s in the activity and why.

hi Felix, this issue doesnt occur in any other container. Its one particular container where all delays are taking some start values. even i had to remove the delays with 0 secs because they were avg 0.66 secs. I used the resource delay option and used a label to first assign time and called that in the delay. This seems to be working. but normal delay is not working.

Normal delay still seems to be the problem. I tried replacing the new delay it still does the same. problem is temporarily fixed now and i checked other delays in other containers which and they are fine. but dont know what is happening in this particular container object.
