Can I create line balance rate and line balance chart with FlexSim? I have reference the article in the past, but I still can’t understand. Is there any tutorial or practical example?

Isn't the state bar chart essentially a line balance chart? You might want to implement a custom state profile to differentiate between different work steps but it does show you a comparison between the utilization of different objects.
The line balance rate can also be calculated from the data that is collector for the state chart relatively easily.
