Hi there, I have been trying to zoom in within the GIS map but it does not update, the best I can get is a zoom of 4, closer than that I get blurred images, is it something wrong with the server or should I change some GIS parameters?

Can you ping maps.flexsim.com ? Or go to the webpage?
So far in our tests we can zoom in without issue to 14x.
If you still have problems you could try clearing the routing cache in the GIS Navigator Properties (and check the URL matches that below).
Hi, @Jason Lightfoot I am sorry for not answering sooner, I was out of the office. In fact, with my laptop I can reach the server and the GIS map works fine, I can zoom in with no issues, however, on my desktop computer I do not see any tiles in the folder C:/ProgramData/Flexsim/gis/, and so I can not zoom in, what could it be? Are both on the same network? Can both ping
maps.flexsim.com or reach the
webpage?
