Proper way to set processor availability by product type

If I want to set the processor availability for a certain percentage by product type, what is the best approach in the model provided.

For example,

Product Machine Machine availability
Product 5 Processor 5 5-10%

Processor 6 10-20%

Processor 7 10-20%

Processor 8 10-20%
Product 6 Processor 5 5-10%

Processor 6 10-20%

Processor 7 10-20%

Processor 8 30-40%
Product 7 Processor 5 20-30%

Processor 6 10-20%

Processor 7 10-20%

Processor 8 30-40%
Product 8 Processor 5 20-30%

Processor 6 10-20%

Processor 7 10-20%

Processor 8 10-20%

Are you saying all machines can do all the Product:Op combinations?

Yes, potentially all machines can process all the products or not, depending on the global table setup.

I would like to model only a portion of the process. Since I know how often a part is going through each machine, I would like to set a machine availability %.

If you want to route based on utilization or percentage that's one thing. If you want to constrain which machines are capable of certain operation I would suggest that's another and I would list the Product:Op Machine relationship somewhere. The most important thing is that your values are consistent - have you ensured your percentages add to 100?
